9:00 pm EST / 2:00 am EST: Men's 3m Vault Semifinal / Final

A total of 18 divers will participate in the morning semi-finals, with the top 12 scorers advancing to the afternoon finals. American Andrew Capo Bianco has entered the semi-finals. He won a silver medal at a synchronized event last week. 21-year-old Capo Bianco finished 17th in qualifying.

9:50 pm EST: Women's Long Jump Final

Two Americans, Brittney Reese and Tara Davis, who participated in the long jump final, competed in 12 fields. Reese is 5th in the world and Davis is 15th, but Davis has a one-year career. Americans will face fierce competition if they want to win medals. The world's top four players entered the finals ahead of Reese, with 7, 8, 10 and 11th place ahead of Davis.

11:20 pm EST: Men's 400m hurdles final

Rai Benjamin (24), who made his first appearance at the Tokyo Olympics, likes to win the 400-meter hurdles after finishing second in the semi-finals. Benjamin was the second fastest athlete in the world at the event, scoring a personal best of 46.83 seconds in the US Olympic Trials in June. This is also the second fastest time everyone has posted at this event.

2.33 am.: Nasra 17 Sailing Medal Mixed Race

Americans Anna Weiss and Riley Gibbs set sail to win a medal in Enoshima at a mixed event. Both have participated in the first Olympic Games, but as a pair they were the champions of the 2019 Pan American Games and won the bronze medal at the 2020 Oceania Championships.

2.44am / 4.19am EDT: Women's Cycling Team Chase Round 1 3 / Final

The American team, consisting of Jennifer Valente, Chloe Dygert, Emma White and Lily Williams, will face the British team in the first round of the three team pursuits. The winner of this race is eligible to play against the winner of the fourth qualifying match between Germany and Italy. The losers of these qualifiers will enter the pool with the remaining four teams and will be ranked according to the first round time. The two fastest teams in the group compete for bronze.

4.50AM EDT: Women's Balance Beam Final

Simone Biles returns to the final Olympic event, the Balance Beam Final. After withdrawing from the team's competition and her remaining solo events due to mental health tensions, Biles will play in one final at the tournament before retiring. 18-year-old Sunisa Lee, who pushed Team USA to silver in a team event and won gold in an all-round single last week, will also be in the event.

5.39AM ET: Men's Horizontal Bar Final

US national champion Brody Maron was ranked 10th in all, but he performed a new trick with parallel shafts. It is named after him with a point symbol. Brooke Andersen, Diana Price, and Gwen Perry have three Americans in the final twelve games of the hammer throw, giving the United States a definite chance of winning a medal. The price is the highest ranked bowler in the world. She set an American record in the June Olympic trial. Her 80.31 meter pitch was the second farthest in history. Ranked 6th on the longest pitching list in history, Perry is famous for protesting American racism and institutional racism fraud. She is looking for her first Olympic medal like Andersen, like Price.

8:25 EST: Women's 800m Final

Raven Rogers and Assing Mu both won the 800m semifinals, and the two Americans are trying to win medals in the finals. Rogers, 24, ran in Oregon and set a group record in 800 races, while Mu, 19, set a group record in Texas A & M. She became a prominent face at these Olympics, even after stumbling and easily winning 800 in American trials. Her test time was the fastest of all in the 800 this year and she went to the finish without even trying to finish the race.

8:50 am EST: Women's 200m Final

In the Olympic trial, Gabrielle Thomas became the second fastest woman at 200 meters after Florence Griffith Joyner, ahead of Marion Jones. Thomas, who was diagnosed with a benign liver tumor earlier this year and is studying for a master's degree in epidemiology, is aiming for money in Tokyo.
