PSL 6: Online ticket sales begin
Online sale of tickets for the sixth edition of the Pakistan Super League has started. Fans are increasingly booking tickets on the e-ticketing website.
At the request of the PCB, the NCOC has allowed 20 percent spectator seating in the stadium. The National Stadium has a seating capacity of 34,000 but due to Corona, only 7,500 people have been allowed.
Tickets are priced between Rs 500 and Rs 5,000. The enclosure of National Stadium Karachi is divided into four sections: Javed Miandad, Hanif Mohammad (VIP Enclosure), Zaheer Abbas, Asif Iqbal, Waqar Hassan, Majid Khan. Iqbal Qasim and Naseem Ghani (First Class Enclosures) Wasim Akram Imran Khan and Quaid Enclosure (Premium Enclosure) while Wasim Bari Muhammad Brothers and Intikhab Alam Enclosure have been given the status of General.
The first match of the event will be between Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators. The record opening ceremony will also be shown on the same day. Therefore, the lowest priced ticket on the first day will be Rs. 1000.
In the initial phase, tickets for 20 matches to be played in Karachi have been put up for sale.
In the second phase, tickets for 14 matches in Lahore will be sold.
